Our Process: Simple, Transparent & Hassle-Free


At Elite Haven, our goal is to make working with us as smooth and convenient as possible. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how our process works:


1. Initial Contact

Once you reach out, we’ll connect with you to discuss your needs. You can choose a face-to-face meeting at your home or a video call to go over the details and get to know us personally.


2. Service Consultation

We’ll provide a detailed explanation of our services and help you select the best package for your property.


3. Property Management Agreement

Once you’ve chosen your package, we’ll send you a Property Management Agreement, outlining costs and our commitments—ensuring full transparency.


4. Confirmation & Payment Setup

After receiving your signed agreement, we’ll confirm your enrollment and set up the appropriate direct debit. For flexibility, you can cancel anytime with just 30 days’ notice.


5. Scheduling Inspections

Your property will be added to our system, and a scheduled inspection date will be assigned.


6. Property Inspections

We conduct thorough inspections covering all aspects outlined in your Property Inspection Form. Reports are completed on the same day and emailed to you within two working days, keeping you fully informed.


7. Additional Services

Beyond routine inspections and maintenance, we also offer cleaning, painting (internal & external), window cleaning, garden development, structural work, and more—depending on your selected package.


8. Emergency Support

For added peace of mind, we provide out-of-hours emergency callout services, available depending on your package.
